Was on a budget plan that was re-evaluated in November. Bill has been due by 3rd to 5th of each month.

Paid the November bill, but now have next bill due by November 29, 2017! So...two bills due in the same month. Instead of going by a set date per month, RG&E sets due date by when the bill is processed (23 days after bill is processed). This is usually 2 to 3 days after the meter is read.

RG&E - stop screwing with due dates and come up with a standard day of the month when the bill is due! Shady...very shady.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $200.

I didn't like: Inflexible customer services rep, Not customer satisfaction focused.
